✔ Experienced in software testing, with a deep understanding of various testing methodologies (manual and automated).
✔ Proficient in writing test cases, test scripts, and documentation for testing processes.
✔ Familiar with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, JUnit/TestNG etc.).
✔ Adept at working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
✔ A clear communicator with excellent collaboration skills, able to work effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
✔ Able to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

✔ Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
✔ Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
✔ Collaborate with development teams to ensure defects are properly identified, prioritized, and resolved.
✔ Perform regression, functional, and performance testing to ensure product quality.
✔ Automate test scripts where possible to improve testing efficiency.
✔ Work closely with the product owners and developers to ensure user stories are testable and meet acceptance criteria.
✔ Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing input on test scope and timelines.
✔ Continuously improve the QA process and introduce new tools or practices to enhance the quality of deliverables.

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a QA Specialist or similar role in the IT sector.
✔ Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
✔ Familiarity with both manual and automated testing techniques.
✔ Experience working within Agile frameworks and methodologies.
✔ Proficiency in bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
✔ Solid knowledge of scripting languages or automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Python).
✔ Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Location: Based in Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania.
